Heidi LOVES going for car rides. Here I had just gotten back from
running errands and was carrying some things in the house.
When I came back outside, she was waiting for her turn to go for
a ride. (I don't know how she thought i was going to
drive!)

Heidi
Both of Heidi's parents are from the well-known Gold-Rush kennel in NJ. She has an awesome pedigree with
many champions and SDHOF. She is such a fun-loving bundle of fur. When you see Heidi, you usually see her
with a ball in her mouth. If she doesn't have one already, all you have to do is mention the word and she goes in a
tizzy looking for one. She is such a sweetheart. She wants to be by your side every second. She is so funny, too.
When it is time to eat, she literally does flips. She has even taught Dakota to do it. I guess he saw how much fun
she was having and decided to try it himself. Heidi has the most awesome pups! Not only are they gorgeous, but
the dispositions couldn't be any better. She is fully certified for heart, eyes, hips, and elbows. Her OFA rating is
"Good". She has a beautiful, soft coat that is a very pretty light golden color.

...........UPDATE!..........
Our beloved Heidi has recently been place with a wonderful new family and probably feels like
she has gone to heaven. It's definitely the next best thing!........ :-) Due to some breeding
problems, I really struggled with the decision of whether to retire Heidi and place her with a
loving family or to just get her spayed and keep her. But due to the fact that i wouldn't be able to
give her as much one on one attention as i would like, I feel like the Lord was watching out for
her, because right around that time I got a call from someone I knew who had just lost their
beloved Golden. So after much thought, I offered Heidi to them as I knew that she would have the
kind of home that I had always dreamed for her.  She is such a loyal and loving dog, who always
wants to be with her people and I only wanted her to go to a place where she would be
considered a family member and live inside with them receiving all the love and affection that
she deserved. Well, that dream came true and she is now living the LIFE! I have received lots of
pictures of her, including some at the beach swimming and "surfing" on a boogie board :) It
thrilled my heart to see that she had a big smile on her face!!!!! Heidi........you will always have a
special place in my heart!
